Hello my name is warith akbar and I'm here to talk about a rule of law Aka RCW that's been effecting civilian for over 100 years. The right to do harm or abuse them and get away with this type of behavior for decades before ever getting to reckless and getting caught . The united state justice system job was to support women and children from sexrral abuse and violence once they become aware of the statement or lawsuits she filled with the district attorney. However like many times before the winstein show even if you have 100 of complaints and lawsuits about the same behavior the courts show favor to one of those. And the victims has no faith in the system that even if she won that she will get justice.
Know this is my opening agreement in the supreme count vs democrats violence
. Know this endidmemt has a very strong argument that could end rcw for life . And the badge and police brand name would have to change .like the redskins had to . Because every time s women thinks about justice they probably get flash back of the day a rich executive was allowed to buy here silence with a none disclosure agreement a check. All this going down will she's in distress. In no way is she in any position to make decisions that don't end in justice.
This move to address laws that set humanity back today before they impact us in the future.
My name was Dr . WARITH akbar. I've been studying law for over 30 years. I don't mean to make any arrest or get anyone fired but. I do ask myself if these woman's that signed these statement case's without a trail is there safety a concern to the district attorney.
With this said I'm also moving to start taggin. To be continued.
If you want to help me with this case it could keep you from a future lawsuits that will follow after this. If tried to get congressional support or even law enforcement to notify that I am a private investigator with DOD and ect . And that I have some very large high gravity case's coming up and it's a good idea that I get funding so I can get office place ect . That I highen violence on this side of town might increase for the next two to three years. To be advised this would go alot smoothly If j had some help .
