I have no codespaces(I used to, but they were old, and I deleted them because of this message), but I've used all storage somehow. How can I fix this?

Did you enable any prebuilds? Prebuilds can also count towards your usage.

Also, there was (IDK if it's still present) a bug where a codespace would be "deleted" but still exist and take up storage.

First thing you probably want to do is generate a usage report. Settings > billing and plans > plans and usage > Get usage report. This should list what is contributing to your codespace usage.

Actions under one of my codespaces that I deleted was taking three units of gb-month, but I also deleted the repo, because I had barely done anything in it(I think), and it wasn't that important.

I mean, I know the purpose of it, but I'd have to make it again anyway, as my younger self probably had extremely inefficient code there.

Got it. Did you delete it recently, or has it been continuing to accumulate usage after deleting it for a while? Note that you don't gain the usage back for deleted codespaces until the quota resets.

But if it's a codespace that you cannot delete I think you need help from a GitHub staff member. I did this by raising a discussion as a bug report (https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/48213). You might want to try that or create a support ticket. I think "bug" type discussions have more attention from staff.
