statement of account, disbursement invoice and recurring invoice in odoo community edition

I have just got an instance of vanilla odoo community edition 18.0 running without any custom addons

I installed the contact, invoicing and expense modules. I cant install the accounting module because it is only avsilable in the enterprise module.

After entering all invoices and payments, i tried to get it to do a statrment of account for one of my clients but I cant find this function in the invoicing addon.....

Furthermore when i have expenses that is paid out of the company's account i also cant find a way to link it to create a disbursement invoice to my client

Nor can I find a way to do recurring invoice, for example for lease payment

So how can I get the above done on odoo CE 18.0?

Or is installing OCA module the only way if I wanna stay away from OPL?
