Description of issue

I maintain my own homebrew repo and users often send GitHub issues with nothing but the following:

This is completely useless to diagnose the issue, and the majority of macOS users are not computer savvy enough to read where the actual logs exist. Anyone who works with cmake regularly knows the error messages are almost always much higher up in the logs due to parallel builds.

Can we think of a better solution than printing out arbitrary lines of the log? Even if the last line said, "If submitting a bug report include the full content of /Users/***/Library/Logs/Homebrew/sunshine-beta/02.make.log"

I mean, it's very annoying for the people maintaining the applications in brew. It shouldn't be up to them to teach brew users how to use brew.
