clang_tidy reports issue when creating json_pointer

Hi,
Here is a code snippet that's working, but clang-tidy reports an issue with it:

        ordered_json test_json;
	string test_string1 = "/toni/test1";
	string test_string2 = "/toni/test2";
	string test_string3 = "/toni/test3";
	ordered_json::json_pointer path1(test_string1);
	ordered_json::json_pointer path2(test_string2);
	ordered_json::json_pointer path3(test_string3);
	test_json[path1] = "aaa";
	test_json[path2] = "bbb";
	if (!test_json.contains(path1))
	{
		cout << "1 is empty" << endl;
	}
	if (!test_json.contains(path2))
	{
		cout << "2 is empty" << endl;
	}
	if (!test_json.contains(path3))
	{
		cout << "3 is empty" << endl;
	}

Of course, result is only "3 is empty", which is completely correct, because structure looks like {"toni":{"test1":"aaa","test2":"bbb"}}.
If I use

test_json[test_string1] = "aaa";
test_json[test_string2] = "bbb";

then structure looks like {"/toni/test1":"aaa","/toni/test2":"bbb"} and it says
1 is empty
2 is empty
3 is empty
clang-tidy complains on:
