What does your PR fix?
It adds support for connecting two voice-chats via a UDP connection between two bots, as well as a few other minor fixes.
Which triplets are supported/not supported? Have you updated the CI baseline?
linux-x64, windows-x64, Yes.
Does your PR follow the maintainer guide?
Yes it does, I believe.
