Can't select emoji for ICon

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Terminal > Settings
2. Click on Profiles > PowerShell
3. Click on Icon drop down
4. Change "File v" to "Emoji v"
5. Click on edit box and press Win+period to open picker
6. in emoji picker, enter technologist and choose the first emoji
7. click save

Expected Behavior

emoji is used.

Actual Behavior

Encountered errors while loading user settings
Found a profile with an invalid "icon". Defaulting that profile to have no icon.
Make sure that when setting an "icon", the value is a valid file path to an image.

Thanks for filing! Just tested it on our Canary channel and I'm not getting a repro. Looks like it was fixed as a part of #19143.

Yep, we finally fixed emoji composed of multiple code points.
