1.4.1 assets missing osx-arm64 artifact in tar.gz format

As described in the title, this is causing some automated scripts like (https://aka.ms/install-artifacts-credprovider.sh) which expects artifacts in tar.gz to break. Current workaround is to download the .zip format on a locally modified install-artifacts-credprovider.sh but would be great to get this fixed upstream.
