Screenshot should come out as what it looks like on screen.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Sharp X1 emulator on MAME
Enable the UI tools using scroll lock
Screenshot (F12 or whatever you binded the key to)
Look in the screenshots folder.
Open the screenshot image.

Screenshot captures at visible area level. Sharp X1 draws everything including border/sync for a number of reasons + Shiver Ghost clipping the visible area when it scrolls vertically (swaps between 640x200 and 640x192), those are all down to 6845 needing a rewrite also mentioned in multiple other places.

Well, I tried my best to make it look as best as possible with the centering and 4:3 aspect ratio by default.

Again, I'm not convinced this issue is the right starting point. It's more about "Sharp X1 needs a specific 6845 video rewrite, the effect of such rewrite will also fix this screenshot side effect, the -aviwrite problem listed in #12775 and potentially other systems that abuses 6845 beyond the typical usage of a dumb tilemap layer"
