Wrong background color of tabs

What is the issue you are experiencing?

There is a background color behind tabs corners.
The color is incorrect at the minimum, but more probable, the tabs should not even have a background color. At least, removing the "bg-primary" class seemed to resolve the issue. See screenshots below.

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?

try to remove the class to the "tr" html tag with Firefox inspect tool.
