Description
This PR replaces the
github.com/satori/go.uuidpackage (used to generate migration UUIDs) with Google's implementation of the same UUIDv4 RFC. The later has not been updated in 5-6 years and many projects have made the same switch to google's packagescript/cibuildreturns with no formatting errors, build errors or unit test errors.
