Recognize “Facebook” as a web crawler in Relay filters

Problem Statement

Relay’s built-in web crawler detection does not currently recognize user-agents containing "Facebook" (capital F) as crawlers. This is because the crawler filter matches against the user-agent string as-is without normalization.

As a result, events with "Facebook" in the UA are not filtered out even when the crawler filter is enabled.

@dalnoki do you have a full user agent which is not filtered? The regex is configured to ignore case ((?ix) at the beginning).
