[Feature request] mcp-tool-find

I really love the new tools mcp-find and mcp-add. I wonder if something like this could be possible:

• mcp-tool-find to search the MCP servers by tool name?

@k33g do you think that we should keep separate mcp-find and mcp-tool-find tools?
One advantage of having server discovery independent from tool discovery is that we can provide context to agents about how to configure an mcp server before we start updating the actual tool indexes/embeddings.

But we've also been evaluating an mcp-find tools that returns available mcp servers and available tools.
