Updated PR Implementation
Any project can be a pull request now. It will check for open PRs, delete closed PRs and generate the open PRs with the PR naming convention. Since it's treated as a regular project, variables now can be passed to the individual jobs.
Fixed bug with generate
Fixed a bug where generate was looking for the creds file in the wrong place.
