How to enable prometheus /metrics endpoint on kamal-proxy?

I see that we can specify --metrics-port via the kamal-proxy cli:

option :metrics_port, type: :numeric, default: nil, desc: "Port to report prometheus metrics on"

But how do I enable it via the deploy config? I've tried this:

proxy:
  metrics_port: 9000

But I get this error:

 ERROR (Kamal::ConfigurationError): proxy: unknown key: metrics_port

@jdeanwallace There's a PR to bubble up more of these options into the proxy config section, but for now it's part of the boot_config command. kamal proxy boot_config set --metrics_port 9000.

Thanks @nickhammond, yes the proposed changes in #1663 is exactly what I'm looking for. I'll wait for that PR to merge.
