In the case where you are moving an app from one server to another, is it correct to say that you can deploy the app on the new server before the DNS A record is updated to point to the new server's IP address?
I assume the domain name(s) listed in the hosts configuration are simply used to register the domain name(s) with kamal-proxy, so at deploy time the domain name(s) don't need to match the IP address in the server configuration.
