[Improve] Improve doris stream load client side error message

Purpose of this pull request

Before this PR, when doris sink stream load failed, sometimes client side only received error of InterruptedException. Can not get the detail error of stream load failed. This PR fix this error behavior, make sure the client side will get the stream load error message.
