[Fix][Connector-V2] Fixed doris/starrocks create table sql parse error

Purpose of this pull request

This PR fixed the problem that when parsing the table create sql template, the redundant part (the part after the field declaration) was incorrectly parsed, which would lead to possible errors in generating create table sql statements.
