[Feature][SQL] SQL transform EXTRACT function support more field

• I had searched in the feature and found no similar feature requirement.

Description

Currently, EXTRACT only supports several common fields:
YEAR
MONTH
DAY
HOUR
MINUTE
SECOND
MILLISECOND
DAYOFWEEK
DAYOFYEAR.

we need to support more fields, for example all fields in postgresql.
