AppImage/zsync releases 404

Both the AppImage and the corresponding zsync 404.. I tested the most current release and the prior release and they both 404.

Similar to #2256 but that one was fixed. Maybe same issue came back

Changing the "glibc2.29" in the link to "glibc2.30" fixes it.
It seems like it is once again a simple typo in the link.
