[Question] is it possible to make codium like version of android studio #2571

Hi I apologise if this is not the right place to ask this but I couldnt find a better place. You see wikipedia says the license of android studio is apache but flathub marks it as proprietary. I've been wondering whether its possible to make codium like version of android studio - as in a bunch of scripts removing all the google stuff (...and with all the locking down around android ecosystem lately whether it would be desirable to do so)
