External HTML Widget SNAFU

Hi

hoprfully a quick one. just started with this and its great. Trying to import a number of widget code snippets from a few places but hitting a wall on a couple. How do i display the following, using the html and scrptSrc, at the moment all i get as a response is the initial DIV output, the script isnt triggering/showing and no console error?
