add org filter into filter column #5581

Feature/what we're after
It occurred to me that from the org details page, we don't offer any other filters (and I think we should keep it that way). It might be nice to allow a user on main search to filter by tag, type, and org at once. If we could mimic the keyword lookahead/autocomplete, it would be amazing to have a small org search box that also works with aliases like on the main org search.
Anticipated/hypothesized benefits
- allow users to combine other facet searches with an org
